TRAM AND ORDER HAVE FUN UNDERWAY!

We learn how to weave using small table frames: we will produce a fabric intertwining the colored threads in the three basic weaves of weaving: the canvas, the spine and the satin. The laboratory is aimed at understanding the principles underlying the processes that transform the threads into a fabric. Each participant can use a small table frame on which he will have fun creating fabrics with different patterns intertwining the weft thread wrapped in the shuttle with the warp threads mounted on the frame. In the second part of the workshop, participants can try to work on larger loops and pedals, usually used for the production of stoles and scarves.
